We stayed at this hotel in Heraklion, and overall, we had a positive experience. The hotel itself is charming, clean, and cozy. The rooms were impeccably tidy, and the staff was friendly and always ready to help. Their attentive service truly made our stay much more enjoyable. However, the location was a bit disappointing. The area where the hotel is situated isn’t very picturesque, and there isn’t much to do in the city itself. If you’re planning to explore the surroundings, this might be something to consider. The breakfast also fell short of expectations – the selection was limited, and the quality of the food didn’t impress. Despite this, it didn’t significantly detract from our overall experience. In conclusion, the hotel’s cleanliness and the excellent service from the staff made our stay a pleasant one.

This hotel offered us a very spacious room with a luxurious and modern design. The room was clean, had a great bed and shower and was just perfect for us. The breakfast was varied and staff was very helpful (and funny, shoutout to the writer of the note on the blackboard!). We'd definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay in Heraklion.

I will definitely recommend to everyone who searchs a nice, clean, very well organized place to stay in Heraklion. +Extremely helpfull and friendly staff. +Smooth check in & check out. +Parking slots avaliable without any problem. +Perfectly decorated rooms and unique cleanliness provided. +Location is couple of kms far away from the city center , however it is an advantage for those who searches a quite place close to center. On one hand close to the attraction , on the other hand quite. + Bus station is also very close to city center who wants to avoid parking problems in the center. PS: appreciated help from staff for providing ice cube & ice bag for us which saved us from swelling of my wifes knee. Thank you once again for the lovely suggestion for the staff for food and drink which we enjoyed a lot

I recently stayed at Stay 365 Heraklion and had an excellent experience. We stayed in a Superior Queen room, which was very comfortable, spacious, and well-lit. The room had everything we needed, including towels and toiletries. We particularly appreciated the small kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, sink, and coffee maker, as well as the necessary utensils for dining. The room also featured a lovely balcony, blackout curtains, efficient air conditioning, and functional TV channels. The breakfast was healthy and diverse, offering a variety of eggs, ham, cheese, fruits, vegetables, and different types of juices. The breakfast area was sunny and peaceful, providing a perfect start to the day. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay. Thank you!

There's so much I loved about this place. The staff, the feeling of safety and "homeyness", the room was great, and even the location was very convenient. It was super easy to get to and it's near a supermarket and busstop (in case you don't have a car). The receptionist, Irini, was super accommodating and helpful. She even suggested a couple of restaurants for us to try out. I would definitely come back.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood at the city's outskirts; not too far, not too close from the center (but much preferable for those that have visited Heraclion again). I really appreciated this site, despite my initial feeling that I would be kind of isolated. On top of this the rooms are truly apartments! More than spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchenette & private balcony with city view. The breakfast is served at a cosy coffee shop next to the reception - it is not a buffet but it is really nice and filling. The whole building smells wonderfully and there is daily cleaning service. My biggest rate and thanks would go to the stuff ♥ they are so friendly and always willing to offer tips, ideas and any kind of assistance. Thank you Petros and stuff for your excellent facilities and overall good vibe!

It's really a nice little hotel. The apartment has everything you need for a week's stay. It has a nice kitchen with microwave, fridge, kettle, espresso machine, cutlery and dishes. The room is very, very clean. There is also a large terrace. The stuff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is ok for 9€, and it is being paid after each one, so you need not to pay it in advance, which is good if you want to eat somewhere else. And there are really a lot of fast food, supermarkets and cafes in the neighbourhood.

It is in a very old area but easy access to busstop which takes you to all the landmark sites like Knossos and Agios Minos and OLD market 1866 Streets or port. Our Airconditioner worked but the one magnet on door gave trouble and the handyman repaired it within 5 min of reporting issue! The place is beautifully decorated and the staff SO helpful and friendly. Would stay here again.

Attentive staff. Everything felt and looked brand new. Excellent amenities for the price. If you like a modern looking hotel and like bargains, this one is perfect for you.
